• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by lalago99 for breach of these Terms.

lalago99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility requirement has not been met, without prior notice and without liability.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the lalago99 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address and contact number
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian players)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. lalago99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

lalago99 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• lalago99 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM50,000 (subject to your account tier and KYC status).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name, matching your verified Account details.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are typically processed within 1–4 business hours.
• All active wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal may be processed.

lalago99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds remain active in your Account, a maximum bet cap of RM250 per spin or wager applies. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and video poker contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Refer to individual promotion pages for full contribution tables.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. lalago99 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where an obvious technical error is identified by the Operator.
• In the event of a technical fault, network failure, or game error during an active round, lalago99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the User's Balance.

• lalago99 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or irregular betting activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lalago99 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or other financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other personal information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void.
• Making chargebacks or reversals on payment methods following deposit to lalago99 without prior dispute resolution through official channels.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual who is self-excluded or otherwise ineligible.

All content on the lalago99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lalago99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of lalago99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lalago99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any delay in, or failure to process, deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond lalago99's reasonable control, including payment provider failures, network outages, or banking system delays.
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and lalago99 does not guarantee any outcome.

lalago99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder is ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the User without prior dispute resolution.
• At the User's own written request (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion).

Upon termination, lalago99 will return any verified Real Money balance remaining in the Account, net of any outstanding obligations, after the completion of any required verification and investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not returnable upon Account closure for breach of these Terms.
